Happy Monday everyone!
Welcome to another episode of the Learn Grow Earn podcast. In this week’s episode, you will be hearing from my good friend, Shane Breslin.
Shane is a digital media and online communications consultant based in Ireland. For 15 years, he has worked with different businesses, charities, and organizations helping them navigate the online and digital landscape.
Twelve months ago, Shane took a leap and went to work on his own as a self employed individual. He is also busy working on his passion project called “The Happiness Project”.
The Happiness Project focuses on finding a different approach to dealing with Depression. Shane is experimenting and working on finding links between nutrition and mental health. He had his own bout with depression before, which is why this project is so close to his heart.
I hope you find as much value in this one as much as I had fun doing this interview.
