What’s up everyone? Happy Monday!
Episode 052 is up!
In this interview, Jake and I talked about some great topics. There were a few things from this conversation that I really liked. The first was the self-awareness Jake possessed at such a young age. He knew how he learned most efficiently, and knew college wasn’t for him, so he bet on himself and pursued his passion. Next was his sense of responsibility that he credits back to his homeschooling as a kid – he knew that if he didn’t put in the work, things wouldn’t get done, and that’s such a positive mindset to have. And finally was his viewpoint about how important perspective is – he says that we are able to choose how we look at a situation. The biggest learning opportunity is in failure, but with the wrong perspective failure is crippling. Powerful stuff!
